## Troubleshooting Tips

### WebCam Setup
1. Plug camera via USB (try back ports if front doesn't work)
2. Look for "USB Update Tool.exe" and follow instructions
3. May need to disconnect Doc Cam to free a port

### Device Information

- Device troubleshooting: Check port number 57221

### Fix Common Issues
- DDU not starting:
  - Don't run from network drive
  - Check folder permissions (SYSTEM, Administrators, username need Full Control)
  - Try installing on Desktop instead
  - Check logs in DDU folder
- Driver installation issues:
  - Disconnect internet when running DDU until new driver is installed
